Swati Suchak made the decision of which mattress to buy an easy one. She was very knowledgeable about all the different kinds of mattresses and asked us all the right questions to determine which kind we were looking for. The prices were fair and honest, the quality of the mattresses, excellent, and we were even told that a sale was upcoming that would enable us to get some money back. Sleep Outfitters is an easy choice.

My wife and I were in there to purchase some pillows. Swati spent time with us to help identify what pillow would work the best. She also had us try the pillows to ensure we would be happy. I will be back to purchase a bed when the time comes.

I came in to look for a mattress in a pinch for time. I had the information I needed and clear honest communication, within about 7 minutes. We took a floor model that was going out with the clearance and were on our way in about 15 minutes total. Swati was kind patient and very informative. I appreciated her level of customer service and professionalism. She even helped us wrap it in plastic. Will be recommending her and sleep outfitters to everyone I meet.
