I purchased a mattress and a frame in November of 2024 , and I got a new mattress from a family member that was supposed to be a surprise. I never picked up the mattress I purchased,but called to tell them I have the receipt and they have been very unprofessional about this refund !!!! I am still waiting for this check ??!!?? It's now January 15th 2025 . Very poor customer service. I have called and spoke to several people and they keep saying it's going to be taken care of??????? I mean really??

A quick, comfortable, and easy visit and very delighted with the new bed!

Do not buy a bed from this place!! They were absolutely terrible. I bought a sealy hybrid mattress with an adjustable base and realized the measurements did not measure to a queen. They had come to my house several times and confirmed that it WASN’T measuring to a queen. I had been inconvenienced 4 different times and had my bed replaced two times with them still measuring short. I never got answers. I had told them I had to miss work and rearrange my schedule in order to be home to meet the delivery drivers, again they still didn’t care. After over a month of dealing with them they say there was nothing they could do and that the manufacturer says the bed is measuring right when it was not. I was told I’d get either money taken off for my inconvenience or some sheets or pillows. I got nothing other than I could go and pick out another mattress (which I never wanted since I purchased the Sealy mattress) and was refused a refund. Do NOT go to this place. Spend your money elsewhere!

Tyanna was very helpful! This was our first stop for shopping for a new mattress. We had very little knowledge of what we would like and she helped us tremendously.

Bruce did a fantastic job. We bought our first set from him in January. Came back today to get a set for my father in law.

Bruce was very informative on the different types of mattresses that fit our needs. He was never pushy to try and up sell you on anything. Highly recommend.

Bruce was great. He spent as long as I needed explaining all of the different mattress features and asks questions to find out what would suit me best. I highly recommend this store and Bruce!
