The experience at Sleep Outfitters was by far the best mattress store that I have gone to in the past few months. The young lady Dyana that waited on me was absolutely wonderful! She went up and above showing me mattresses and went as far as taking a mattress off one frame to put on an adjustable frame so I could see exactly how it would feel!

Choosing a mattress is never fun but luckily Dyana was working at the Mentor store when we stopped in. She was very friendly and knowledgeable ~ never pushy!! ~ so we felt comfortable making a decision to buy an adjustable bed, mattress and pillows. She made sure we were informed about everything from warranties to delivery, even calling later to be sure we were satisfied. Our delivery guys were on time, efficient and friendly while being careful with our home. Perfect! If you need a new bed and want a positive experience, we highly recommend Dyana and Sleep Outfitters. Bet we feel the same in 10 years. 😉

Diana was our sales rep and she was really helpful and friendly. She went out of her way to help us choose the correct mattress. She did not try to push us to buy a more expensive mattress but was only concerned that we were going to be happy and comfortable with our purchase. We found one that met our needs within an hour and she set us up for delivery with no problems. We went to Mattress Firm before stopping at Sleep Outfitters and was basically ignored. I came looking for a new pillow without much idea of what my options were. Ian was quite helpful and talked me through the nuances and differences between the pillows and which would best suit my needs!

Found the store by accident. However Wes was super wonderful and explained the difference beds and found me a great mattress and great deal. Very relaxing experience. Highly recommend.
