JB was such a fabulous agent! He was so knowledgeable and informative of the merchandise and their individual features. He was able to suggest several options that met our needs while remaining within our budget. My needs are challenging to accomodate which can be frustrating to everyone involved but he remained patient, accommodating and kind. Perhaps the most refreshing part of this experience was how approachable and genuine JB was. If he gets commission from the sale, you really can't tell! He is just that caring. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

Ben Moses did a great job at showing me mattresses that were not overly soft or real firm , Just like Goldilocks he worked with me until he found one for me that was just right. He worked within in my budget and helped me find a very comfortable mattress for someone with shoulders and neck problems, even got me a pillow that supported my neck at no charge. Professional and very knowledgeable above the mattresses.
