We were very pleased with our purchase of a mattress and box spring from Sleep Outfitters in Elyria. We got all the help we needed to choose the mattress that was just right for us. Attentive and courteous customer service!

Gary (GM) was great to work with. My kids (7 and 8 years old) were allowed to treat the beds how they would use them. The kids were crawling across and lightly jumping while seated. He was very patient with them and very helpful to when figuring what mattress met our budget and size requirements. The likes like to be “Tacos” while I looked for a bed for myself.

Went in looking for a mattress for our RV. Most stores don't carry them but the Elyria Ohio Sleep Outfitters does. Gary showed us right to the Dreamlife Hybrid. Of course we looked at other mattresses he had, but we needed one with support, yet bendable and with the weight that could be lifted to access the under bed storage. RVs have limitations. We're very pleased with the service and the mattress. Couldn't ask for better. Looked like a nice selection in other mattresses also.
