I was really disappointed by my experience here. Honestly, it makes me question whether all the glowing reviews are legit. I stopped in looking for a mattress for my toddler, especially since they were advertising a Fourth of July sale. The store seemed short-staffed, so I started looking on my own for a mattress I had seen listed as in-stock online. Unfortunately, the mattresses weren’t labeled well, which made it frustrating to find what I needed. When I finally got help, I explained what I was looking for. The response I got was, “It’s for a toddler—anything is better than what they’re sleeping on now.” When I asked if there were any options that were a bit nicer or better quality, I got another dismissive reply along the lines of, “This one is fine. It’s just for a toddler.” Frankly, I don’t care who it’s for—when I’m spending money, I want something durable and comfortable, even for a child. If you’re in sales, that’s also the perfect time to upsell or at least offer helpful guidance—not brush off a customer.
