Tony was great, taking lots of time with me to help me choose the right mattresses for me. He was very friendly & personable.

Kearsa was wonderful to work with and was very patient with my family. My mom was hospitalized for about 6 weeks and during that time we needed to order a new bed. She helped us pick out a bed based on the various health concerns my parents have. The bed was delivered in a timely manner after the order was placed and in time for my mom's discharge from the hospital. Unfortunately, the mattress was more firm than it felt in the showroom and my mom did not like it. Kearsa was able to help us do an exchange after the 30-day timeframe that was required for an exchange. So far so good with the new mattress and both of my parents are satisfied and sleeping well. I really appreciate Kearsa's help and would recommend others visit her too for their mattress needs!
