Go see Debbie at Sleep Outfitters. I got a Sealy Posturepedic Hybrid soft queen mattress that will help with my degrading spine. Debbie went so far and beyond for me. She actually closed the store for me after hours for me so I could test beds in peace. She helped me pick the right bed through a thorough sleep consultation. I have two fused cervical discs and three other blown discs and it was very important that Debbie knew about these beds and what they were for. Definitely come to sleep outfitters when you want to buy your bed. They specialize in sleep and that all they do. So don’t get your bed anywhere else!

I was looking to upgrade my queen mattress to a king and luckily this store was celebrating its memorial day sale as early as the 4th of May. There are like 5 mattress stores around the Kenwood area and my bf and I were lucky to come here first because we were given a crash course in sleep technology by Debbie Kuo for over an hour. We ultimately decided to get a Sealy mattress that was marked down for the memorial day sale by 800 dollars. The next day, I called to set up a time to take a lunch break and purchase the mattress & frame. Debbie not only answered, but she actually remembered mine and my bf's names, which was so sweet. The sale extended to some other bed accessories and before I completed the purchase on my lunch break, she gave me 30+ minutes to try all the pillows in the store and talk about them. Debbie was honest and personable and I'm glad I stopped putting this off my todo list to get a new bed on a random Sunday afternoon LOL (Side note - I purchased the Sealy Golden Elegance Bonhomme Mattress for 1200 and the cheapest adjustable frame for 1500. 10 yr warranty was 300.)

Had a problem with my temper pedic. Called Kenwood store and Debbie helped me resolve the problem. She called be back 2 or 3 times till we got the problem resolved. Great job Debbie really good customer service. Thanks..
