Great shopping experience. It was refreshing to meet Victoria who was kind and patient with our needs for the right bed that would give us quality sleep for years to come. We had a Strerns & Foster pillow top that was great for 20 years. We purchased a Tempur Pedic medium hybrid in a queen size. It still remained to firm after 60 days and we did not like the edge support. Spoke with Victoria and it was no problem to switch out back to a new Sterns & Foster. Victoria & her manager Jay were wonderful to work with! Wife and I are sleeping great now! Will send family and friends to the Indian Lake Store for top notch service!

We purchased a Tempurpedic Supreme Breeze mattress from the Hendersonville Sleep Outfitters this month and were very pleased. Victoria spent a lot to find the right fit for us. My husband was all for ordering a foam mattress from the internet but you really need to lay on each choice. Mattresses are not created equal. I sleep hot and we both have pressure point issues. The Breeze is just perfect and we are both sleeping better than ever. Michelle took our order and everything was flawless. Delivery fellows were on time and very courteous.
