I stopped in this location to just see what there was to offer, I was blown away with the service that I was shown by the by James O. He was so professional, polite, and knowledgeable about all the products available. I wasn't planning on a purchase but how could I refuse with the comfort and availability of the mattress and frame.... I cannot wait to get my new bed setup and be able to sleep in comfort without tossing and turning!! Great BED / Great Service!
James is a great salesperson. He has good knowledge of the bed platforms, mattresses, and pillows. He is not one of those pushy salespeople, yet is quite helpful when needed. He did an excellent job trying to get just the right fit for my daughter's sleeping needs. She is Autistic and has Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, with multiple joint subluxations...so it was high time to get her a really good bed. James must have moved the mattresses to different platforms at least 8 times as she debated which one was best for her. Now that is service!
