I was in the store looking for a supportive neck pillow. Emily was my sales representative. She was very pleasant and super knowledgeable of all the pros and cons of the pillows I was looking at. I ended up buying two memory foam pillows. She was super knowledgeable of the various mattresses in the store also. In fact, after just a couple questions, she knew exactly which Tempurpedic model I would have choosen before I knew.
