Grateful I found the Polaris Sleep Outfitters
After searching for a mattress for awhile, I took to google and found a local sleep outfitters. After reading the reviews, it felt like the place to try one last time before purchasing something online. The moment we entered the store, we were greeted kindly by Steve. He immediately started engaging in conversation but also gave us space to browse the store. After a few moments it was clear we needed his guidance. He sat us down, asked very thoughtful questions and helped us narrow our search from the 20+ mattresses to 3 that best suited our needs. Each of the 3 covered a variety of styles and price, which we appreciated. In the end, I purchased a mattress, frame and pillows that I couldn't be happier with. Delivery was quick, the installation crew were both knowledgeable and professional and I can happily say I've never had a better nights sleep. Great buying experience, delivery was on time and courteous
This is our third mattress purchase from Sleep Outfitters. We have dealt with Steve Krystofik at Polaris each time. He was patient and asked questions pertinent to our use and personal preferences of the product. My husband and I went to Sleep Outfitters Polaris this morning and was welcomed by Steve. Our experience was wonderful. Steve started out by welcoming us and sitting down with us to talk about what we were looking for and our sleep habits. Steve was a great help in explaining what he thought we would like or a mattress and he took the time to let us lay on each mattress until we were able to determine a selection for us. Needless to say we purchased a mattress and adjustable base. Looking forward to getting it home in our new master bedroom.
