We tried a couple of "bed in the box" beds purchased online and were not happy with the quality or comfort of either. We then went to Sleep Outfitters and worked with Mary, who was fantastic. She worked with us to find what we wanted, made sure delivery was quick and worked with us on pricing. I would work with Mary again right away even if we end up disliking the bed that we bought (which is unlikely!). Just a great experience.
