QUALITY Mattresses at an Affordable price!
My name is Barbara G., I went into the Eastgate location not sure what kind of mattress I wanted other than it would be a queen size bed. Rob C. showed me what they had available, I laid onto many of mattresses and finally made a decision. Rob C. was so patient and kind with my deliberations and gave me a great deal on a pillow top queen with delivery and removal. Rob C.obtained a delivery date for me 3 days from my purchase date!! In yrs past I made 2 king mattress purchases from a different mattress co. & purposely switched r/t the substandard quality of the last mattress and disrespectful delivery personnel. Sleep Outfitters was a refreshing needed change and I am Very happy with the mattress purchased. And because their service is Outstanding I will definitely return for additional purchases!
Very happy with my new bed!
I was so nervous about getting the right mattress for my back and had a hard time deciding. Erin was so patient and helpful at having me try the different ones, explaining about each of them, and narrowing down the options. When I was deciding between the final two, she let me compare them until I was completely sure. Not only did I get the perfect mattress, I also got a great deal!
What a relief!
I spent quite a bit of time in this store and tried a bunch of beds. I went back and forth between my final two choices, and ended up with a Sealy foam mattress with the remote that raises the head and feet. I always thought of that feature as something that was beyond my buying power (HA!) but was pleased to find out they were included on the Sealy I got. I'm loving the mattress and already have relief from back spasms I experienced when repositioning (rolling over) on my old mattress. Amazing! Should have done this 2 years ago. Thanks Erin for help narrowing down the choices, and to Anthony & Charles, who delivered on time and set up the bed.
