My husband and I bought our new mattress and box springs at the Sleep Outfitters in Bowling Green, Ky. The sales woman was very nice. She was knowledgeable and helpful. She took her time with us and let us test out just about every one since we werenít sure want we wanted. Once we decided she realized we didnít need the promotional gifts that came with it and gave us a discount on the price. We originally were going to keep our old mattress so we opted out of the disposal option. However, on the day of our delivery we realized it wouldnít fit were we thought. After calling her, she arranged last minute with the warehouse to have the take our old one. She was very sweet and understanding. The delivery men were very nice and competent. They arrived exactly in the window we were told. This has been a great experience.
