I have visited this store several times and have always found Kerri, Chris and Craig most helpful and friendly. They make you feel as though you are talking with friends and their style of sales is not rushed or high pressured. They are professional in providing the most updated information about their products and their business ethics is impressive. They are honest and do not try to sell the most expensive mattress but one that fits your needs. They review all costs so there are no undisclosed expenses. It is nice to go into the store and find the same employees which shows employee satisfaction and Craig ( District Manager) appears to really care about the staff. My husband and I visited several stores that sell mattresses but returned to Sleep Outfitters Brook Highland because of Kerri, Chris and Craig. We did buy a mattress at this store and have no hesitations in referring others.
