He took his time to explain to us the construction and merits of each mattress and with his assistance we were able to find a mattress that met our needs and price range.

Everything was great as soon as we stepped in the door. John introduced himself and invited us to come in and lay down. Asked our firmness preference, led us to a bed, explained the controls and walked away. He came back a few minutes later and answered a ton of questions plus gave us information about our conserns. All the while not trying to sell us anything just talked like a friend.
